1. Purpose

This policy governs all refund requests for services purchased through my website. As an independent freelancer, I provide services with care, creativity, and professionalism. To protect my time and resources, refunds are strictly limited.

2. General Rule

  • No refunds are offered once work has commenced.
  • Payments made secure your booking and are non‑refundable.

3. Reviews & Revisions

  • I am committed to client satisfaction and will provide reasonable revisions to ensure agreed deliverables are met.
  • Excessive or repeated revision requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4. Completed Services

  • Once a service is delivered (e.g., CV design, website design, branding consultation, digital marketing campaign), no refunds will be issued.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (style, tone, design taste) does not qualify for a refund.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • I am unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Required by South African consumer law.

6. Liability

  • My liability is limited to the value of the transaction paid.
  • I am not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, opportunities, or reputational impact.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
