I provide freelance digital services (design, marketing, branding) as agreed with each client. Work begins only after full payment is received.
I allow reasonable revisions to meet agreed deliverables. Excessive revisions beyond scope will incur additional charges.
All payments are upfront and non‑refundable once work has commenced.
I am not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or subjective dissatisfaction. My liability is limited to the value of the transaction.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
